  • Russland ADR Aktien

    Die Onvista-Bank hat sich bei mir wegen den Gazprom ADRs gemeldet:

    wie wir Informationen der Lagerstellen entnehmen, hat die obige Gesellschaft die Beendigung des ADR-Programms und die Einstellung der Zertifizierung beschlossen. Aktionäre haben bis zum 03.08.2023 die Möglichkeit, ihre ADRs in die unterliegenden Aktien umzutauschen. Für jeweils einen ADR erhalten Sie zwei Aktien der Gazprom PJSC (ISIN RU0007661625).


    Das Angebot wird nur von der Lagerstelle Clearstream USA angeboten. Sofern Ihre Bestände bei einer anderen Lagerstelle liegen, müssen diese vor Weisungserteilung entsprechend verlagert werden. Nach dem Umtausch werden die neuen Aktien bei der Lagerstelle Citibank Moscow verwahrt. Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass wir keine Aussagen über die Erfolgsaussichten der Weisung treffen können. Ebenso können wir keine abschließenden Aussagen über die Auswirkungen eines Umtausches auf Ihre Rechte und Pflichten treffen.     Beim Umtausch fallen Gebühren in Höhe von USD 0,05 pro ADR und USD 17,50 pro Umtausch (vorbehaltlich

    Also wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe,

    • muss ich die ADRs zuerst an die Lagerstelle Clearstream USA verlagern lassen,
    • die Weisung (Option 1 / Option 2) bis spätestens 25.07.2023 erteilen
    • und weiß dann nicht, was ich damit machen kann und ob das überhaupt funktioniert ?)

    Also vor über 30 Jahren habe ich für meine Frau (damalige Freundin) in Tunis auf dem Markt 2 Kamele geboten bekommen. War mir dann doch etwas zu wenig :rolleyes: und dann wäre da noch der Transport gewesen ;( .


    Mit dem Rechner kann man aber auch gut die Inflation sehen. Nach dem Rechner ist sie heute 37 Kamele wert :D !
    Oder der hat mich damals übers Ohr hauen wollen :cursing: .

  • Karus Gold / KARG (TSXV)

    KARUS GOLD DRILLS 13.9 METERS OF 3.01 G/T GOLD WITHIN BROADER INTERVAL OF 74.3 METERS OF 1.06 G/T GOLD AT FG GOLD


    Vancouver, BC, May 18, 2022 – Karus Gold Corp. (“Karus Gold” or the “Company”) announces additional high-grade gold drill results including 13.9 meters (“m”) of 3.01 grams per tonne (“g/t”) gold within a broader interval of 74.3 m of 1.06 g/t gold confirming the presence of high-grade gold corridors below historical drilling at the FG Gold Project (“Project” or “FG Gold”), part of the Company’s 1,000 square kilometer (“km”) South Cariboo Gold District in British Columbia (Figure 1).


    Highlights


    • FG-21-402 confirms continuity of Vein Corridor 1 gold mineralization in the core of FG Gold:

      • 74.3 m of 1.06 g/t gold, including 13.9 m of 3.01 g/t gold.


    • FG-21-406 confirms the continuity of Corridor 1 gold mineralization for 100 m along strike to the SE from FG-21-401, remaining open at depth:

      • 116.2 m of 0.62 g/t gold at 198.7 m downhole, including 5.3 m of 2.3 g/t gold, and 11.25 m of 1.16 g/t gold.


    • FG-21-404 confirms continuation of gold mineralization in Corridor 3, 50 m to the northwest of FG-20-377.

      • 8.65 m of 3.17 g/t gold at 330 m downhole.
      • 48.9 m of 1 g/t gold at 347 m downhole, including 19.2 m of 1.7 g/t gold, and 6.2 m of 2.98 g/t gold.


    • Project remains underexplored along a >20-km trend, providing many opportunities to expand the footprint of gold mineralization and for new discoveries on-strike and downdip.


    Karus Gold’s Vice-President of Exploration, Michael Tucker, comments, “FG-21-402 further confirms the presence of the higher-grade gold corridor below historical FG Gold drilling and validates the structural interpretation of the trend of higher-grade plunging gold zones. FG-21-406 further validate the structural orientation of the gold-bearing corridors. FG-21-404 is a great step in expanding higher grade gold zones at depth to the northwest where the gold corridors should come close to topographic surface.”

  • Kore Mining / KORE / KOREF (TSX, OTC)

    Kore Mining Increases Scale Of Western Mesquite-Imperial-Picacho Target Areas With New Assays


    Highlights:

    • 9.98 g/t gold (“Au”) stream sediment sample collected at Powerline target area.
    • Additional sampling yielded a 600-meter trend of highly anomalous stream sediment samples.
    • Trend situated between two mineralized gneiss outcrops: the Powerline discovery outcrop and Ironwood outcrop.
    • Large, shallow geophysical anomaly similar to the Imperial deposit aligns with the trend.
    • 0.77 g/t Au stream sediment sample collected within Ogilby segment boundary, an area with drill permitting in progress.

    KORE’s Executive Chairman, James Hynes, commented, “The exploration potential of the Mesquite-Imperial-Picacho trend is one the best exploration opportunities in the Western US gold fields.   • Matador Mining Ltd / MZZ (ASX)

    Till Sampling Identifies Numerous Gold Targets at Malachite


    Matador Mining Limited (ASX: MZZ; OTCQX: MZZMF; FSE: MA3) (“Matador” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce initial results from an extensive till sampling program completed in late 2021 near the Cape Ray Gold Project (the “Project”) in Newfoundland, Canada.


    Highlights:


    • Nine high-tenor gold grain anomalies were identified in till sampling across the 15 x 4 kilometreMalachite structural target area, with three of these anomalies open at the edge of the survey area and results still pending for 35% of the sampling program


    • Up to 716 gold grains have been recovered in one of the till samples collected on prominent magnetic structures up to three kilometres north of the Cape Ray Shear Zone (“CRSZ”)


    • The 716-grain sample contained 607 pristine gold grains, indicating the source of gold is likely within100 metres from the sample location


    • The highest tenor gold grain anomalies are comparable with the best gold grain counts reported in Newfoundland, and coincide with favourable structural targets associated with the multi-million-ounce CRSZ identified from the detailed 2021 magnetics survey


    • The Malachite area has never been drill tested, with historic surface sampling limited to a narrow corridor along the main CRSZ, identifying multi-kilometre-long gold-silver-arsenic-antimony anomalies that were never followed up

  • Matador Mining Ltd / MZZ (ASX)

    Multiple High Grade Gold Intersections at Window Glass Hill


    Matador Mining Limited (ASX: MZZ; OTCQX: MZZMF; FSE: MA3) (“Matador” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the final outstanding assay results from diamond drilling completed in late 2021 at the Cape Ray Gold Project (the “Project”) Newfoundland, Canada.


    Highlights:


    • CRD318 (WGH-Infill):
    - 14 metres at 4.5 g/t Au from 88 metres (incl. 1 metre at 27.4 g/t Au from 90 metres and 1 metre at 17 g/t Au from 91 metres)
    - 15 metres at 2.9 g/t Au from 10 metres (incl. 1 metre at 24.1 g/t Au from 18 metres) and
    - 1 metre at 3.5 g/t Au from 72 metres


    • CRD322 (WGH-Infill):
    - 23 metres at 2.3 g/t Au from 22 metres (incl. 1 metre at 16.6 g/t Au from 38 metres) and
    - 7 metres at 0.9 g/t Au from 78 metres (incl. 1 metre at 2.1 g/t Au from 84 metres)


    • Gold mineralisation remains open to the south and south-west of the WGH-Infill high-grade mineralisation intersected in CRD322


    • CRD313 (WGHG-HSP): 0.9 metres at 13.2 g/t Au from 9.4 metres


    • CRD313 demonstrates near-surface gold potential of the previously undrilled WGHG Heart Shaped Pond (“HSP”) target adjacent to existing WGH Mineral Resource.
