    The spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 has the potential to damage cells in the bodyIn cases of severe COVID-19, problems can extend well beyond pneumonia and the associated inflammation in the lungs. The disease can progress beyond the lungs and into other parts of the body. In severe infections, SARS-CoV-2 can cause damage to the cardiovascular system (i.e. heart and blood vessels). In fact, some have referred to severe COVID-19 as largely being a vascular disease29, 30, 31. Blood clots, bleeding and/or damage to the heart have all been linked tosevere COVID-19. Severe COVID-19 can alsocause neurological problems (i.e. damage in the brain). A series ofrecent scientific publications provide some evidence that thisdamage throughout the body may not require an intact SARS-CoV-2 particle. Instead, the spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 might be responsible for at least some of the damage that occurs in severe cases of COVID-1932. This is because there are many cells other than those in the lungs and airways that feature the receptor for the spike protein, known as the ACE2 receptor. Most notably, platelets and cells lining blood vessels can express high concentrations of this receptor. Importantly, autopsies performed on patients whodied from severe COVID-19 revealed that free spike protein from SARS-CoV-2, not the intact virus, was responsible for substantial damage throughout the body. Notably, blood vessels in the skin, fat, and the brain were found to express high concentrations of the ACE2 receptor that the spike protein binds to. There was a lot of spike protein found in these tissues, with little to no evidence of the intact virus being present. Indeed, the authors of the study that described these autopsies concluded “COVID-19 represents a viral infection with limited sites of infectious virions but deadly sequelae due to the effective manner in which pseudovirions in the context of released viral proteins activate synergistic microvascular pathways of tissue destruction throughout the body.”33 In lay language, proteins like the spike protein, not the intact virus, appear to mediate
    Page 21 of 37much of the damage in the body in people who suffer from severe COVID-19. When the spike protein binds to these receptors, there are several events that can take place: 1.Proteins (called ‘complement proteins’) that are part of our innate immune system can get activated, causing inflammation that can damage or destroy the cells lining blood vessels and/or platelets34. Platelets that are required for clotting of blood also expressACE2 receptors that can bind with spike protein with dire consequences. Damage and destruction of platelets can cause their numbers to go down (a condition known as "thrombocytopenia"), and if platelet counts get too low and blood vessels are damaged,bleeding cannot be stopped. Therefore, the spike protein can potentiate bleeding.2.Binding of the spike protein to platelets can also cause the platelets to becomeactivated35. Activated platelets tend to clump, which can lead to the formation of clots. There is evidence that the spike protein can interact with other proteins in the blood to promote clotting36. As such, the spike protein can promote blood clotting. 3.Spike proteins binding to the cells that line our blood vessels can cause these cells to express proteins (known as ‘caspases’) that can cause the cells to die33. This is similar to findings from the 2002-2004 SARS outbreak where the spike protein from the original SARS-CoV could cause cells to die when it was being manufactured inside of them37. Dying cells that have been manufacturing the vaccine-encoded spike protein would release free spike protein or portions thereof.4.Spike proteins binding to the cells that line our blood vessels can cause these cells to over-produce cell-signalling cytokines that can potentially contribute to dangerous ‘cytokine storms’ (overly robust and severe inflammation)33, 38. Of additional concern is the knowledge that the spike protein is capable of dissociating into two parts and these smaller subunits (S1 and S2) can cross the blood-brain barrier where theycan potentially cause damage in the brain39. Indeed, people who have died from severe COVID-19 with neurological signs were found to have the spike proteins but not the intact virus in their brains40. These neurological signs could be seen in laboratory studies when spike proteins were injected into the blood of mice.Conclusion: The spike protein, if it gets into circulation, has the potential to cause damage to the cardiovascular system and other tissues.

    Die japanische Zulassungsbehörde für Impfstoffe hat jetzt ihre Auswertungen zu Tierversuchen mit dem Impfstoff von Pfizer/BioNTech vorgelegt bzw. veröffentlicht. Daraus kann man unter anderem ersehen, dass entgegen der Behauptung des Herstellers die mRNA-Nanopartikel nicht bei der Einstichstelle verbleiben, sondern sich teilweise hochkonzentriert in Organen finden, bei Weibchen insbesondere auch in den Eierstöcken.

    Experimental Assessment of Carbon Dioxide Content in Inhaled Air With or Without Face Masks in Healthy ChildrenA Randomized Clinical Trial


    Many governments have made nose and mouth covering or face masks compulsory for schoolchildren. The evidence base for this is weak.1,2 The question whether nose and mouth covering increases carbon dioxide in inhaled air is crucial. A large-scale survey3 in Germany of adverse effects in parents and children using data of 25 930 children has shown that 68% of the participating children had problems when wearing nose and mouth coverings.


    The normal content of carbon dioxide in the open is about 0.04% by volume (ie, 400 ppm). A level of 0.2% by volume or 2000 ppm is the limit for closed rooms according to the German Federal Environmental Office, and everything beyond this level is unacceptable.4


    Results The mean (SD) age of the children was 10.7 (2.6) years (range, 6-17 years), and there were 20 girls and 25 boys. Measurement results are presented in the Table. We checked potential associations with outcome. Only age was associated with carbon dioxide content in inhaled air (y = 1.9867 – 0.0555 × x; r = –0.39; P = .008; Figure). Hence, we added age as a continuous covariate to the model. This revealed an association (partial η2 = 0.43; P < .001). Contrasts showed that this was attributable to the difference between the baseline value and the values of both masks jointly. Contrasts between the 2 types of masks were not significant. We measured means (SDs) between 13 120 (384) and 13 910 (374) ppm of carbon dioxide in inhaled air under surgical and filtering facepiece 2 (FFP2) masks, which is higher than what is already deemed unacceptable by the German Federal Environmental Office by a factor of 6. This was a value reached after 3 minutes of measurement. Children under normal conditions in schools wear such masks for a mean of 270 (interquartile range, 120-390) minutes.3 The Figure shows that the value of the child with the lowest carbon dioxide level was 3-fold greater than the limit of 0.2 % by volume.4 The youngest children had the highest values, with one 7-year-old child’s carbon dioxide level measured at 25 000 ppm.

    Sind PCR-Tests als Intelligenztests zu gebrauchen?

    Was längstens bekannt ist, hat mittlerweile auch den «Mainstream» erreicht. Ein Gastbeitrag der Thurgauer Kantonsrätin Barbara Müller.


    Die Spatzen pfeifen es von den Dächern und im Mainstream ist es auch endlich angekommen: Was ist die Wurzel allen Übels des Corona-Irrsinns, der PCR-Test, denn eigentlich wert? Nichts, absolut nichts, wie ich schon letztes Jahr im Speakerscorner berichtet habe! Noch immer ist es in einem Merkblatt des eidgenössischen Labors in Spiez zu finden: «Es können nur Erreger nachgewiesen werden, deren Gen-Sequenz bekannt ist. Ob ein Erreger infektiös (virulent, «lebendig») ist oder nicht, bleibt unbekannt.»
    Im Übrigen muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass sich bezüglich der in verschiedenen Labors in der Schweiz verwendeten Replikationszyklen bei den PCR-Tests nichts geändert hat. Die Auskünfte, die ich im Herbst per Mail noch bereitwillig erhalten habe – in der Zwischenzeit ist die Auskunftsfreudigkeit erloschen –, waren bei der Mehrheit der Labore dieselben: 45 Zyklen – immer unter der Voraussetzung, dass irgendein Bruchstück eines Krankheitserregers zu einer positiven Testung beitragen kann! Und einzig und alleine aufgrund dieser nicht aussagekräftigen, nutzlosen Tests wurden die bar jeglicher Verhältnismässigkeit und zudem äusserst schädlichen Massnahmen durchgezwängt.
    Angesichts dieses kaum hinterfragten Wahnsinns überraschte die Universität Duisburg dieser Tage mit einer umfassenden Studie,
    wobei das grundlegende Problem exakt beschrieben wird: «Ein positiver
    PCR-Test allein ist nach unserer Studie kein hinreichender Beweis dafür,
    dass Getestete das Coronavirus auf Mitmenschen auch übertragen können»,
    sagt Prof. Dr. Andreas Stang, Direktor des Instituts für Medizinische Informatik, Biometrie und Epidemiologie (IMIBE)

    Diese unendliche Farce hinsichtlich des PCR-Tests und dessen Aussagekraft gereicht wirklich nur noch zu einem Intelligenztests per se. Dass Angst und Panik beim Menschen völlig irrationale Handlungen und Verhaltensweisen auslösen können, ist hinlänglich bekannt. Das wurde uns in krassester Weise im Corona-Irrsinn bewiesen. Höchste Zeit also, sich wieder des Verstandes zu bedienen, was sich offenbar als unendlich schwierig erweist. Müsste dies durch intelligentes, eben auch wohlüberlegtes Handeln denn nicht möglich sein?
