    Impressive resource definition drilling results at Brolga

     New resource definition results include:
    ‒ 193m @ 1.7g/t Au* from 40m in HEDD218‒ 123m @ 1.9g/t Au* from 33m in HMRC054‒ 140.2m @ 1.3g/t Au* from 35.7m in HEDD302‒ 136m @ 1.2 g/t Au* from 38m in HMRC055‒ 128m @ 1.2g/t Au* from 94m in HMRC065‒ 90m @ 1.1g/t Au from 106m in HMRC138


    Resource definition drilling is being conducted at Brolga and other zones at Hemi to increase the amount of JORC Indicated resources expected to be included in the Production Target and Ore Reserve for the Prefeasibility Study (PFS). 
    Resource definition drilling, as noted above, improves the confidence around early production from the proposed Stage 1 starter pit at Brolga defined in the Scoping Study of 1.3Moz at 1.3g/t Au. 


    Other higher grade resource definition results at Brolga include:

    Major gold intersection 200m below Diucon
    Significant scope for future resource and production increases


     HEDD128 intersected 359.4m @ 1.2g/t Au through the width of the intrusion from 530m down hole comprising intervals calculated at a 0.3g/t Au cut-off grade of:
     97.1m @ 2.6g/t Au from 580.92m including 19.3m @ 7.4g/t Au1 and 2m @ 22.5g/t Au1 44.8m @ 1.4g/t Au from 762.46m  67.4m @ 1.0g/t Au from 861.74m including 16.1m @ 2.8g/t Au1
     The result in HEDD128 intersected gold mineralisation at Diucon ~200m below the May 2022 Mineral Resource Estimate2 (MRE) and presents significant upside to the MRE with results fromHEDD128 received after the MRE assay cut-off date of 4 April 2022.
     The prefeasibility study (PFS) for the Mallina Gold Project is based on the May MRE and the new result in HEDD128 and other new extensional drill results at Diucon provide the opportunity to increase open pit and underground production potential post the PFS. New extensional drill results, calculated at a 0.5g/t Au cut-off grade, in addition to HEDD128 include:
     13.3m @ 1.6g/t Au from 439.77m in HEDD072 26m @ 1.4g/t Au from 270m in HEDD162 10.7m @ 1.9g/t Au from 444.28m in HEDD361 26.9m @ 1.9g/t Au from 485.03m in HEDD361 13m @ 3.2g/t Au from 523.05m in HEDD400

    • De Grey Mining (WKN: 633879) stößt bei Erweiterungs- und Infill-Bohrungen in der Zone Hemi auf seinem Goldprojekt Mallina in Westaustralien auf eine Goldmineralisierung von 359 Metern
    • Dieser “bedeutende Abschnitt” erstreckt sich 200 Meter unterhalb des Gebiets der Mineralressourcenschätzung der Diucon-Lagerstätte und ist laut De Grey Mining “einer der besten und tiefsten Abschnitte”, die bislang auf dem Prospektionsgebiet Hemi bebohrt wurden
    • Das Vorkommen befindet sich unter leicht mineralisierten Sedimenten, die sich bis zu 100 Meter erstrecken. Es habe das Potenzial, bedeutende Zonen mit intrusionsgebundener Mineralisierung zu enthalten
    • Nach einer derzeit laufenden Vorabmachbarkeitsstudie besteht dem Unternehmen zufolge die Möglichkeit, das Produktionspotenzial durch den Abbau im Tagebau und unter Tage zu erhöhen
    • Die Aktien von De Grey Mining sind um 10:09 Uhr AEST (01.08.2022) um 4,72 Prozent auf 94 Cent (AUD) pro Aktie gestiegen
